A CONCEPTION FOR TEAM AND TEAM CHARACTERISTICS

This study presents a conception for team and its characteristics. The conception is developed for the purpose of teams' performance controlling in the organization. The conception is based on classical and contemporary achievements of a number of management, social and psychological sciences. The study is worked out in two parts. The first part presents the author's notion about the nature of team. The second part clarifies characteristics by which the team is described for the purpose of team performance controlling.
