EUROPEAN PROTECTION ORDER AND ITS APPLICATION TO VICTIMS OF ECONOMIC CRIME

The article discusses the European standards regarding the European Protection Order. The terms and conditions for the recognition and enforcement of a European Protection Order issued in another member state of the European Union have been analyzed. The extent to which it is applicable to victims of economic crimes is being investigated. It was concluded that the European Protection Order has applications in all types of economic crimes.
