This article examines the importance of Construction and Installation Works (CMS) analysis for the adequate preparation of bid prices and the preparation of a detailed financial plan. This is of key importance for the effective management of construction projects and the optimization of resources. It also emphasizes the importance of applying modern methodologies and information technologies in construction, which help to increase the accuracy of forecasts and cost management during the various stages of the construction process. Special attention is paid to the integration of project management systems, which combines efforts in the use of linear and network schedules. These tools provide a visual approach and structured planning that is critical for effective progress tracking and timely management decision making.
