PROJECT - TEAM ALIGNMENT MODEL

The purpose of the presented article is to introduce the relation between the process of forming an effective team and the nature of the project it is (or will be) working on. Every project includes a unique set of activities which shape its profile and the implementation of which requires relevant set of characteristics, possessed by the project team. The project team provides itself with these characteristics and the necessary profile through the selection of appropriate members. Moreover, the realization of the project follows its life cycle and every phase in it has a different profile, which supposes continuous redistribution and orientation of the activities and the tasks towards the members with suitable characteristics.
