Use of musical works in television products

Television products are creative products that can be protected as independent intellectual property objects. Characteristic of the processes of creating these products is the use of other creative products that serve as a resource for the activities of the television industry and which in turn can also be protected as independent objects of intellectual property. The diversity of these products, their specific characteristics, as well as the specifics of the management of intellectual property rights over them, predetermine the need for detailed study of specific business models applicable to their use as resources for the creation of television products. The object of study in this article is the television industry, and the subject of the study are the business models applicable in the modern television industry in Bulgaria for the use of musical works in television products
