The system of constant improvement of all aspects of the enterprise and its gradual preparation for serious qualitative changes allows management personnel more fully and objectively to carry out risk assessment due to the fact that it becomes possible to collect more complete and reliable information, to gain practical experience in managing certain risk factors, to change the system of views on the innovation of the personnel of the enterprise, to assess the possible consequences and changes.
