The regional sector analysis of small and medium enterprises is the basis for identifying their status in Bulgaria. On the other hand, it identifies the preconditions for these enterprises' development and determines their specific regional potentials. Such a foundation for decision-making and implementing measures to support specific sectors of the economy should ensure their effectiveness and efficiency. This report aims to analyze the state of the small and medium enterprises sector in Bulgaria. The document will identify its predisposition to being regionally specialized, applying innovations, technologies, entrepreneurial discovery, digitalization and strategy, planning, and programming of anew generation.
